The LCD is responsible for displaying everything on your mobile device while the digitizer is the glass part of your device and is also known as the touchscreen. If you aren't able to see anything on your device but can still hear it, that means that your LCD went out. If you can no longer register touch on your screen then your digitzer is damaged.

Walk-in repairs are usually completed while you wait. Mail-in repairs are completed the same day or the next business day, depending on when we receive the device.

We try our best to keep your information as secure as possible. Your device will only be powered on to verify your new screen is in working order and free of defects. We recommend putting a passcode / password on your device for added measure. If possible, remove SIM card before shipping.
